Discover our tailored teaching style with a one-hour trial in Mandarin or Cantonese. Perfect for new students of all levels, this introductory session allows us to understand your learning goals. Available online or in person. Prepayment Requirement Full prepayment is required to confirm the trial. Cancellation Policy 24-hour notice is required for cancellations. Materials All digital resources are included at no additional cost. Location Options Available online, at our Wan Chai office, or at your location.
Cancellation Policy
Payment is required to confirm all bookings except trial lessons, which can be paid in person or in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed or late arrivals are charged as booked, and extensions are at the tutor’s discretion. Early arrivals may need to wait if another session is ongoing. Booking confirmation is only valid after WhatsApp/email communication. Refunds are not provided unless under exceptional circumstances, reviewed case by case.
