Customized one-to-one Mandarin or Cantonese lessons designed to match your individual learning pace and goals. Perfect for adults, children, and professionals seeking focused, effective, and personalized language improvement. Price per session: Off-Peak (In-Office or Online): HK$400/hour Standard (12pm–1pm; 3:30pm–8pm, In-Office or Online): HK$450/hour At Student’s Location: HK$500/hour Minimum Booking: 8 hours (Prepayment required) Locations: Online via Zoom In-Office (Wellington Street, Central, Hong Kong) At your preferred location (by arrangement) Booking & Confirmation: Bookings are manually confirmed via WhatsApp or email. Cancellation Policy: 24-hour advance notice required for cancellations/rescheduling. Materials: Free digital resources. Physical materials (if requested) invoiced separately.

Cancellation Policy

• Trial lessons may be paid in person or in advance • Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24-hour notice • Missed or late arrivals are charged as booked; extensions are at the tutor’s discretion • Early arrivals may need to wait if another session is ongoing • Booking is only confirmed after WhatsApp or email communication • Refunds are not provided unless under exceptional circumstances, reviewed case by case
