Service Description
Customized Mandarin and Cantonese lessons tailored for adults, children, and professionals. Each session is designed to support consistent progress toward personal, academic, or professional goals, with flexible scheduling and individualized content. Prepayment Requirement Prepayment is required to confirm your booking. Cancellation Policy 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Materials All digital resources are included at no additional cost. Physical materials, if required, will be invoiced separately based on individual needs. Location Options Sessions are available at your location, our Wan Chai office, or online. Pricing Standard rate: HK$600 per hour. Reduced rates may be available for off-peak hours or flexible scheduling—please inquire for details.
Cancellation Policy
Payment is required to confirm all bookings except trial lessons, which can be paid in person or in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed or late arrivals are charged as booked, and extensions are at the tutor’s discretion. Early arrivals may need to wait if another session is ongoing. Booking confirmation is only valid after WhatsApp/email communication. Refunds are not provided unless under exceptional circumstances, reviewed case by case.
