Service Description

Tailored Mandarin & Cantonese group classes for all levels, allowing participants to set their own pace and intensity. Available online, at our Central office, or at your location. Rates vary based on the group size. Prepayment Requirement: Prepayment for a minimum of 20 hours is required. Cancellation Policy: 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Materials: Digital resources are included at no extra cost. Physical materials, if needed, will be invoiced separately. Location Options: Available online, at our Wan Chai office, or at your location. Pricing: Groups of 3+ participants: HK$200 per hour per participant. Groups of fewer than 3 participants: Rate is determined based on group size—please inquire.

Cancellation Policy

• Trial lessons may be paid in person or in advance • Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24-hour notice • Missed or late arrivals are charged as booked; extensions are at the tutor’s discretion • Early arrivals may need to wait if another session is ongoing • Booking is only confirmed after WhatsApp or email communication • Refunds are not provided unless under exceptional circumstances, reviewed case by case
