Cancellation Policy
Private Lesson Booking Policy 1. **Booking and Payment:** - Private lessons are billed at HKD 500 per hour for sessions across Hong Kong. - Private lessons at the Wan Chai office are billed at HKD 400 per hour. - An 8-hour package at the Wan Chai office costs HKD 2,800 (HKD 350 per hour). - An 8-hour package across Hong Kong costs HKD 3,600 (HKD 450 per hour). - Online lessons are billed at HKD 400 per hour or HKD 2,800 for an 8-hour package. - Payment is required in advance to confirm your booking. 2. **Discounted Rate for Group Class Students:** - Group class students can book private lessons at a discounted rate of HKD 350 per hour. - This rate applies to catch-up sessions or additional support and follows the 24-hour cancellation policy. 3. **Cancellation Policy:** - Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to reschedule without a fee. - Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur the full lesson fee. 4. **Rescheduling:** - Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson. - Rescheduling is subject to availability. 5. **No Refunds:** - Payments for private lessons are non-refundable. 6. **Late Arrival Policy:** - Lessons will start and end at the scheduled times. Late arrival will result in a shorter lesson with no fee adjustment. 7. **Materials and Preparation:** - Free PDF materials are provided. - Physical books and additional materials will be purchased on behalf of the student. The cost will be invoiced separately, typically ranging from HKD 100 to HKD 200 per item. - Students are responsible for bringing any required materials to the lesson. - Homework and practice assignments are encouraged to maximize learning outcomes.
